An online service for the sale and customisation of dietary supplement boxes
Vitamina is an Italian platform where users can personalise and purchase dietary supplements online.
Vitamina is a startup established in Tuscany, born from the idea of three young entrepreneurs – Filippo Sala, manager, Giovanna Geri, pharmacist, and Marco Saccenti, designer – with the aim of introducing digitalisation to the dietary supplement sector.
Thanks to a carefully selected production partner, Vitamina is able to guarantee high-quality standards and the complete traceability of ingredients.
Vitamina focused on technologies from the outset, offering a website with a personalised experience based on an online quiz that ranges from eating habits, lifestyle, personal needs and goals.
The Vitamina website, in addition to presenting a variety of information in a clear and captivating way, provides all the typical features of e-commerce . Starting from the quiz, the user receives a suggestion on the ideal pack for their needs and can proceed immediately to purchasing online in a secure way. However, users can also purchase single products or compose the pack of their choice.
The shopping experience is highly personalised: the user can make a single purchase or take out a subscription on a regular basis and frequency of their choice; you can select your preferred packaging, and there is a wide choice of payment methods.
ELbuild has assisted this startup from the beginning, supporting the young entrepreneurs' idea and developing the entire technical component, collaborating with the graphic designer with the Vitamina team for the visual elements. The Vitamina project has grown with us, and we have supported every phase from analysis to design and development of the service, providing assistance and gradually updating the system.
