When you contact us to develop your app, we follow a very transparent process.

First of all, we get an idea of your requirements, and we draft a non-binding detailed technical proposal, listing the associated time and costs. If you are convinced by our proposal and it matches your available budget, before starting to write code, we precisely define the graphic appearance of the user interface and list all the features expected from the app. We only begin development after your approval of the specifications and UI appearance, working to intermediate releases according to a plan defined in advance. As with any other software product, we offer a 12-month warranty on defects that may arise during use, and we provide you with access to a dedicated GitLab instance for support management.
